Requests received within One business day and must be before dispatch of package to customer shipping address will be treated as cancellation of order Item.
In case cancellation received after package is handed over to shipping partner for delivery, we won’t be able to cancel the order. Cancellation will be possible when package is returned by shipping partner to our office in case of non-delivery.
